Previously, MMA was the Controlling Shareholder of 9 other BPR (BPR Irian Sentosa, BPR Palu Lokadana Utama, BPR Modern Express Jateng, BPR Modern Express Malut, Modern Express Pabar, BPR Modern Express NTT, BPR Modern Express Sulsel, BPR Modern Express Sultra & BPR Modern Express Sulut) and in 2023, 9 of these BPR already take corporate action to merger into BPR Modern Express .
