On May 11, 2021, PT Modern Multiartha (MMA) held a Grand Closing Service Coaching Clinic activity of BPR Group MMA. This activity which was initiated by HRD Division of Modern Multiartha was the highlight of the series of Service Coaching Clinic (SCC) activities which started from the beginning of 2021 to April 2021 and involved all BPR Group MMA and this peak activity was carried out virtually.
All SCC activities are guided by PT Sarel Sentra Inspira, starting from pre SCC, coaching clinic 1-2 & post SCC, especially how to educate BPR frontline teams such as tellers and customer service (CS) in their daily activities to serve customers.
As the closing activity of the SCC, Sarel Sentra Inspira also gave winning awards for the best Customer Service category, best Teller, Top 3 Tellers, Top 3 Branch Offices and SCC Assessment 2021 for the Inter-BPR Category. And for this year, the Top 3 SCC 2021 are going to Bank BPR Modern Express NTT, Bank BPR Modern Makassar and Bank BPR Modern Kendari. Congratulations to the selected BPR to be the best in 2021.
